1. i learned a few things about myself. Sometimes you just have to stop and think.

2. i learned that sometimes we hate something so much that we dont realize we’re being selfish. you have to take what you’re given and roll with it. life’s not always gonna swing your way. and sometimes even if you dont agree with something you have to suck it up and move on. that’s life. it’s not gonna get easier, so why burn out in the beginning?

3. i learned that sometimes i freak out on people for the stupidest things. i guess we all kinda forget every now and then that everyone’s human. i seem to expect my friends to be so perfect, but its their imperfections that i love them for. i’ll argue for hours until i get my way..but life’s about manning up and making agreements.

4. i learned that sometimes i dont deserve to be forgiven. i get so wrapped up in my own problems that i hurt other’s feelings. i hate it when people do it to me..so what gives me the right?

5. i learned that i’ve made some pretty crappy mistakes. i’ve let people in because they said all the right things. i’ve shut people out because they screwed up a little or because i’m the one that messed up and am too embaressed to deal with it. and i’ve lost some friendships that mean more to me than i can ever say. sometimes we lose sight of what’s important...

6. i learned that i miss being 5..because life was so much easier. my biggest worry was coloring in between the lines. friends were friends, no matter what fight you got into. scraped knees were much easier to fix than broken hearts.
